1 box of Duncan Hines Yellow cake mix 1 cup of mashed sweet potatoes (cold) 1 cup of sugar 1 cup oil (Wesson) 4 eggs 1/2 Tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 Tablespoon of nutmeg
Mix all ingredients and beat with mixer approximately 3 minutes. Pour in a greased flour tube or Bundt cake pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
